Step 1. Pre-approval
The million dollar question - “We want to buy a house, but have no idea where to begin”. Here is your Step 1. Avoid the heartache and clear the obstacles to approval. This way, you can be sure you are viewing homes within your budget.
Step 2. We shop.
Once you have been pre-approved for a loan, now the real fun begins! We will have a thorough consultation where we will discuss everything you want in a home, from it’s location, to it’s budget along with any other must haves OR must nots! Keeping clear and open dialogue with your agent will help us get you closer to finding “The One”!
Step 3. We find “The One.”
I always tell my clients, when you know, you know! After viewing a few homes, you will know a lot more of what’s right for you and your family. Once, you have identified “the one”, we will submit a package which will include the offer documents, some disclosures and a copy of the “good faith” check.
Our job as agents is to represent YOU. We will negotiate on your behalf as well as explain every single aspect of the home buying process. We are here to make it as smooth and headache-free as possible!
